Scale of Pay/Stipend : During training period,candidates will be given stipend of Rs. 16,000/- (Sixteen thousand only) per month.After successful completion of training period,Management Trainees will be absorbed as Managers in pay scale of Rs. 16400 – 40500.
Age Limit : Upper age limit for applicants is 28 years for Management Trainee, 35 years for Manager (Hindi) as on 1st August 2015.
Education Qualification :
a) Management Trainee (General/Depot/ Movement)) : Candidate must be Graduate or have equivalent qualification from recognized University with minimum 60% marks; OR must hold CA/ICWA/CS qualification.
b) Management Trainee (Accounts) : Candidate must have Associate Membership of a) The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; or b) The Institute of Cost Accountants of India; or c) The Institute of Company Secretaries of India OR Bachelor of Commerce from a recognized University and Post Graduate Full-time MBA (Fin) Degree / Diploma of minimum 2 years recognized by UGC/AICTE.
c) Management Trainee (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering) : Candidate must hold Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
d) Management Trainee (Technical) : Candidate must possess Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) / B.Tech / BE in Food Science / Food Science and Technology / Agricultural Engg. / Bio Technology from a recognized University / an Institution approved by AICTE.
e) Manager (Hindi) : Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree level. OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level.
Selection Procedure : Selection will be made through Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview.
Application Fee : Application fee charges are Rs.600/- (Excluding bank charges but including service tax).Fee may be paid through SBI's Internet Banking or other major bank’s Internet Banking; Debit/Credit Cards or through Cash Payment by using e-challan at branches of SBI.No fee charges for SC/ST/PWD/PH Candidates.
