Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued an employment notification at http://ssc.nic.in for Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination, 2015 for recruitment to 6578 posts of Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants, Data Entry Operators (DEO) and Lower Divisional Clerks (LDC).Final Date for submission of application by prescribed format is 13th July 2015.SSC CHSL (10+2) Examination will be held on 1st November 2015, 15th November 2015 and 22nd November 2015.

Scale of Pay :
Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants: Rs 5,200-20,200 with a grade pay of Rs 2,400 per month
Data entry operator: Rs 5,200 -20,200 with a grade pay of Rs 2,400 per month
Lower divisional clerk: Rs 5,200 -20,200 with a grade pay of Rs 2,400 per month ; (P.B.– 1) Rs.15,600-39100/- with Grade pay Rs.6000
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 1st August 2015.
Education Qualification : Candidate should have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
Selection Process : Written Examination and Skill Test for the post of Data Entry Operator and Written Test and Typing Test for the post of Postal Assistant & Sorting Assistant (PA/SA) and Lower Division Clerk on Computer.
Application Fee : Application fee charges are Rs.100 which should be pay through Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS).No fee charges for women,SC, ST, physically handicapped and ex-servicemen.
